Here’s a review we had to share

We get a lot of verified 5-star reviews. In fact, we have been blessed with over 1,200 of them from our Accident & Injury Chiropractic patients. We deeply appreciate each and every one of them. Some of them just come in the form a complete story we want the world to hear. So here’s one from K.P. that makes us so grateful that we get to do what we do every day.

Comment: Wow. So much to say about Connie, Dr. Diab, and my treatment at Accident and Injury in Dallas. I was in a car accident on January 30, 2018. I was hit and my car was a total loss. I had to go to the ER and of course have all kinds of tests done. I suffered many injuries from head to toe from the car accident, but wasn’t able to get treatment due to financial reasons.

Several months later, I finally hired an attorney to represent my case and he got me into treatment right away at Accident & Injury. Since I had not had any treatment for my injuries since the day of the accident, my body was in even worse shape by the time I started treatment.

The 1st day when I had my initial consultation & assessment with Dr. Diab, he didn’t just assess me for 5 min. and put me through the same routines of other people. His process is holistic — looking at the body as a whole instead of just where the pain is. He took his time during the assessment, listened while I shared everything, and was even empathetic when I cried. I told him that I doubted that I could ever really get better and that I would just have to remain in pain for the rest of my life.

During my 1st chiropractic adjustment, there was very little to no movement in my joints. I felt sad about it, but Dr. Diab confidently reassured me that progress would be slow for me, but that there would be progress and more progress and eventually, no pain. Connie also encouraged me so much along this journey. She provided treatment outside of the chiropractic adjustments, and she helped keep my spirits up so so many times when I was down or in pain.

This place feels like home to me, and every treatment session is always tailored to where my body is at and what it needs on that day. And both Connie & Dr. Diab (but especially Connie) always are able to combine humor and professionalism together to make me laugh, make me smile, and also give/get hugs. And sometimes, those laughs, smiles, and hugs were the only hugs that I had received for that day and even for most of the week. They have brought light into my life in so many ways.

When I first came in, I was in excruciating pain in my neck, right arm/shoulder/upper back, hips & low back and right ankle. I’m almost done with my treatment, and I have seen & felt SUCH a difference since day one. My joints are finally moving freely and normally, and I have excellent function in them now. I am no longer in the pain that I used to be in and I owe every bit of it to the kindness, compassion, encouragement, patience, and expertise of Connie and Dr. Diab. They are my angels. They have given me so much hope now, whereas I was close to just giving up before coming here. I cannot thank God enough for these 2 angels and Accident & Injury. God truly blessed me with them. I love you guys, and now look towards the future with renewed hope and with so much less pain. I am grateful for and appreciate the 2 of you more than you’ll ever know. Blessings, K.P.
