Darren Woodson In the Texas Sports Hall of Fame
Our beloved spokesperson and dear friend, Darren Woodson, was inducted into the Texas Sports Hall of Fame last night. Here’s some of what what the Cowboys Wire/USA Today had to say…
Already a member of the Arizona Sports Hall of Fame and Arizona State Ring of Honor (Woodson was born in Phoenix, Arizona in 1969), the Texas Sports Hall of Fame is yet another post-playing career honor for Woodson. Woodson played all 11 years in the NFL as a member of the Cowboys, and is currently the franchise all-time leader in tackles. He patrolled the back of the secondary, playing the textbook definition of a hard-hitting and playmaking safety for three different Super Bowl winning Dallas teams, earning five Pro Bowl appearances and three All-Pro nominations in the process. He recently just missed out on a Pro Football Hall of Fame induction this past year, but hopefully Woodson will also be enshrined in Canton in the near future. (click here to see the whole article)
After 15 years working with Darren as a spokesperson for Accident & Injury Chiropractic we couldn’t be more proud or honored and don’t think it could have happened to a better man.
